At Designolio, we are committed to delivering exceptional design services tailored to your vision. We value your trust and strive to exceed your expectations. However, to maintain transparency and fairness, we have established the following refund policy:
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only for the following services:
- Illustration Design
- Character Design
- Website Design
Refunds for these services may be requested under the following conditions:
- The initial concept provided does not align with the agreed-upon creative direction or project brief.
- There are significant deviations from the agreed project scope, as documented in the initial agreement.
Non-Refundable Services
Refunds are not applicable for the following services:
- Book Cover Design (using stock images or elements)
- Book Formatting and Interior Layout Design
- Any other digital goods or services outside of the specified refundable categories.
As these services involve extensive customization, stock elements, or digital delivery, refunds are not feasible once work has begun or final files have been delivered.
Refund Request Process
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery of the initial concept.
- To request a refund, email our support team at contact@designolio.shop with your order details and the reason for your request.
Refund Approval and Processing
- Refunds for eligible services will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days, minus any applicable payment processing fees or costs incurred (e.g., third-party licenses or stock assets).
- If revisions have already commenced, the refund amount will be adjusted to reflect the work completed.
Disputes and Policy Enforcement
For disputes or chargebacks, this policy serves as evidence that refunds are not applicable for non-refundable services. By purchasing from Designolio, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
